NUVA jewellery is specially crafted in Bangkok, so once your order is placed, you can expect delivery within 7–10 business days.

We are committed to providing high-quality jewellery made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewellery.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of NUVA.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings once they have been opened or used. This policy helps ensure the well-being of all our customers.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return conditions are as follows: 

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set
• Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled directly from your account. However, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at support@nuva.club within 2 hours of placing the order. Please include your order ID in the email for faster processing.

If you don't have an account, no worries, you can create one using the same email used to place the order. Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order past this window.
